Tellico Lake Diabetes Support Group
This is a volunteer community and peer group with the purpose of empowerment and improving life of those affected by this disease! All persons wanting support and/or education with a desire to improve self-care are welcome. Type 1 & 2 as well as pre-diabetics and their caregivers are welcome to join regardless of where you live.
